I finally got the chance to spend a night at an Alpine Club of Canada’s hut during the winter. Elizabeth Parker Hut is “the flagship of the fleet”, as they call it, and because it can be accessed by bus during the summer, a lottery goes on for their 24 spots. EP Hut is also popular during the winter, and it can be easily accessed by cross-country ski: a 12 km not-plowed road that our group did in long 5 hours hauling two Chariots with a one year old girl and a 32 months old boy, and a 7-year-old girl who skied pretty much the whole road!
The full moon did show up for such a warm and beautiful evening and the kids had a blast.
