After more than two years, I finally had my last counselling session. My counsellor mentioned before that I was ready to go ahead without her but just now I was confident enough to keep walking without her support. It was quite an interesting journey.

This post couldn’t be different… It is Christmas Eve, my son is happily opening some gifts that he got from our family in Brazil (the magic of Skype!), and mounting the enormous amount of Lego Hero Factory he asked for Christmas. I will have him busy for a few hours, at least.

Budwig Diet

The Budwig Diet

Third round of chemo gone – yesterday. The ‘baby bottle’ still hangs from Ricardo’s side and will be there for 46 hours – until Sunday afternoon. What we did today? Spent the day outside, -6oC, watching our son in his first ski lesson of his life, in Norquay, Banff, AB! The same man who just 3 weeks ago spent his second day of chemo laying in bed and without eating for almost 12 hours…
