About Me
I’m Helena, a certified life coach, a wellness counsellor, and someone who knows what it means to lose, to pause, and to begin again.
After losing my partner, I spent years learning how to live in the world again while being a single mom. Since then, I’ve coached dozens of team members at Automattic, supported others through transitions, and created safe, reflective spaces for women navigating change.
This work isn’t about fixing. It’s about witnessing. Listening. And helping you remember your strength.
