One of the most nutrient-packed grains, quinoa is easy to prepare and it tastes delicious in salads, soups and even with yogurt… Cook it with water (proportion of 1 quinoa x 2 water) until the water is gone. Season with anything you want and voilà… you have a tasty and healthy meal!
Try using quinoa to make a tabbouleh, with mint and basil to taste. Do not forget to add cucumber, tomato and green onions as well.
