Lentil Soup

It is a perfect definition of ‘comfort food’! You can make it in no time and add as many vegetables as you want, transforming it into the most complete meal…

I started soaking the grains in water for a few hours, cooking in the pressure cooker for about 20 to 30 minutes, with potatoes cut in bite size pieces. When cooked, I added my onions, garlic and a smoked sausage that I cooked in olive oil until medium brown. Salt, pepper and dry rosemary to taste. Orange sweet pepper, carrots and green onions to add some colour and more texture to the soup. Serve with a toast. Bon appétit!

Here is where I will explore life itself. Think of it as a patchwork of stories, experiences, and reflections—unpredictable, just like life.

There won’t be a strict order of topics, dates, or categories; instead, expect a spontaneous mix of thoughts and moments.
