As random as life

Now that you know what a life coach does and how I can support you, I want to use this blog to explore life itself. Think of it as a patchwork of stories, experiences, and reflections—unpredictable, just like life. There won’t be a strict order of topics, dates, or categories; instead, expect a spontaneous mix of thoughts and moments.

The inspiration for my posts will come from many sources: books I’m reading or listening to, series I’ve been watching, memories that resurface, quotes that resonate, things I’ve overheard, coaching sessions where I was the client, and even music that moves me.

A few months ago, I rediscovered the joy of handwriting. After years of relying solely on a keyboard, I started keeping notebooks within arm’s reach in a drawer beside my couch. Writing by hand has given my thoughts a new depth, allowing them to flow more naturally onto the page.

When I decided to revive this blog, one of these notebooks became a place to collect my random thoughts and process ideas. Interestingly, this particular notebook had also been used during a memorable coaching session I had years ago as a client. I often turn to my own life coach when I need clarity or a fresh perspective, and that session was no exception.

As I flipped through the pages, one quote stood out to me: How am I honoring myself?

That question lingered, prompting me to reflect—and now, I invite you to do the same.
